Hi I’m a new French horn player. I’m playing two instruments in my band class and switched from trombone. Can I have help and tips.
Please listen to my piece on Taps and give me feedback please!
This has been a paid political announcement.
I mean, yes join
But no, it has nothing to do with politics
I don't receive any compensation for this announcement
Except the warm glow of having you join our group.
I know this isn't what this group is for, but I need some help with my GCSE work. I have this composition to do, and I need some feedback. I have about 2 months to write it, but I'm handing it in for teacher feedback in 1 month. If you have the time, please take a look! I appreciate anything anyone has to say! Thank you all so much! <3
Score is here:
Arranged from Debussy's Children's Corner: The Snow is Dancing, composed for piano, to be played in a string trio comprised of two violins and a cello. https://musescore.com/user/33097745/scores/5725409
What are your guys' feelings towards it?
OK maybe something else XD lol
If you were instantly given the ability to expertly play any instrument, which one would you choose and why?
For myself, I would choose the saxophone (I know there's different types, I don't know which one yet tho) because jazz is a part of my soul (i.e. big fan).
My four friends and I are choosing to do Solo/Ensemble for our orchestra and it's our job to find music, which i'm sure you know, is very hard. So does anyone have any suggestions? The only requirements are for it too be a quartet w/ only violins. :D
Does anybody have the score of the Trombone Solo of the Overtime from YBBB? I would be very interested in this!
This is my first composition.
Please, feel free to give any comment or suggestion.
It is a tribute to my deceased grandfather and was made on the same day of his death. Hope you enjoy it.
