“The attraction of the virtuoso for the public is very like that of the circus for the crowd. There is always the hope that something dangerous will happen.” — Claude Debussy

This group aims to become a place for discussions, help and advice around the contrabass. You are free to post every kind of playable piece here as long as you need a contrabass to play it.
I have written a few compositions with the word "banana" in it. Banana refers to the fruit or to music that is bananas. This all started because the Downy Yellow Dingle Dork (.a famous bird who even was even in a musescore opera) loves bananas. Submit any composition with a fruity silky amusing funny theme or jwhat themheck, put anything in there because I may think it's funny. I laughed at Beethoven and Mahler (especially Mahler) so your may seem amusing also. I try to comment on every piece. hey, fuss at me if I forget and don't comment.
Let's all find some good piano music. And let's share everything. Rules: 1. No swearing 2. No rude remarks 3. Help others & this group 4. Have fun & enjoy being with us!!!!

We write medieval or Renaissance style tunes or transcribe original ones. We follow rules of medieval melody and polyphony. We are fun and give each other advice on their creations.
Over here you can write masses, ballads, pavans, anything from the 10th to the 17th century. We also enjoy renaissance music.
The real point of this group: Look at the logo: This is a screenshot of Symphony Pro. An app that allows you to compose on the iPad. Look at the screenshots in the banner. You can make great music with them. MuseScore is not the navel of the music world. You should at least keep this in mind. It's great to have MuseScore on the Desktop. But there is a huge selection of music apps that you can use to make great music.
Cool, complete, advanced Trumpet scores. (Trumpet solo/Trumpet and piano/duet/trio/etc., scores that feature Trumpet as the main/one of the main, lead instruments). Please no orchestra instruments. Always capitalize Trumpet! Lowercase ‘T’ is disrespectful!
