I only know a really difficult one, it's the 4th etude from Mereaux set of 60 etudes and it's all about the independence of the fourth finger...
You can find a digital interpretation of it on YouTube (I think there is a real one too, but with bad sound quality): https://youtu.be/wWEl--7hRPI
And you can easily find the score for all 60 etudes on IMSLP: https://imslp.org/wiki/Etudes%2C_Op.63_(Méreaux%2C_Jean-Amédée_Lefroid_de)
Also, you could search for some Czerny or even Liszt Studies that are for the exercise of the 4th finger (I bet there are some of them :D)
You can try practicing the trill part in La Campanella, Try playing Chromatic Scales with 3, 4, and 5 (Like Chopin's "Chromatique"), and try playing Scales in thirds (Fingerings: 2-4, 2-4, 2-4 etc.) And try accenting the fourth finger.
