This is based on https://musescore.com/user/7428941/scores/1827171, which is based on Bach's original piece for the clavichord. It has now been arranged simply for two violins.

If you wish to play with the metronome, download the software and the score. If you simply want to adjust the tempo, go to top right of the piece and click on "playback speed".

If you are inside the software:

To adjust the tempo, double click on it and manually change the number, then click elsewhere.
You can play along with a specific part (e.g. Violin I, Violin II) by clicking on that particular tab, or you can play with all the parts together by staying in the original and first tab which contains all parts.
To restart the piece from the beginning, click on the |<< button which is to the left of the play button. You can also start from anywhere in the piece and hit the spacebar to start and stop the song.
If when playing along with all the instruments you want to make your part louder so you can hear it, click on the first note of your part (or section), go to "dynamics" on the left and double click "f" or "ff".
To navigate within the piece, you will want to grab it with the cursor. You cannot scroll down like in a pdf.
If you have any other questions on how to accomplish something within this software, the "search for help" function works beautifully here: https://musescore.org/en
